A memorial fund has been established in Linda's memory. Linda was born on December 2, 1965, the daughter of Larry and Lois (Yaddof) Hoffman in Clinton, Iowa. She attended Preston High School and graduated with the Class of 1984. After graduation, Linda earned her Bachelors Degree in Nursing at Teikyo Marycrest University. She married Brent Bormann on June 4, 1994 in the St. Josephs' Catholic Church in Preston, Iowa. Linda worked as a Registered Nurse and helped many people while working in physical rehabilitation. After her first child, Lance was born she became a full-time mom and two years later they were blessed again with Brooke, Garrett and Grace. She loved to attend their athletic, musical and academic activities. Linda enjoyed gardening, baking, pets and photography. She especially loved taking pictures of her family. Linda's greatest joy was spending time with her family. In 2003, Linda was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma. She endured ten years and underwent two stem-cell transplants, while battling to the end with her children and family by her side. Linda will be dearly missed by her husband of 19 years, Brent Bormann; her four children; her parents Larry and Lois Hoffman of Preston and two sisters, Lisa (Greg) Feller of Pekin, Illinois and Lori Gerardy of Preston. Linda is preceded in death by her grandparents, Aloysius and Magdelena Hoffman and Elmer and Norma Yaddof, Sr. Law Jones Funeral Home
