Linda was born August 13, 1944 in Union County, NC, a daughter of the late Henry Wilson Purser and Ona Lee Braswell Purser. Linda was a caregiver. Always willing to look after those who may be unable to look after themselves, Linda was known for taking care of others. Although Linda will be greatly missed and always remembered for her strong spirit, her family is thankful that she has now eternally reunited with her husband of 52 years. Linda is survived by a son, Marty Autry and wife Jennifer of Monroe, NC, a sister, Libby Partridge and husband Harry of Indian Trail, NC, a brother, Gary Purser of New Salem, NC, a sister-in-law, Peggy Autry of Weddington, NC, a sister -in-law Iris Smith and husband Elbert of Monroe, NC, and her three granddaughters; Kristen Cumber; Kaitlyn Cumber, and Emma Autry. In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death and reunited in eternal life with her husband, Jimmy Warren Autry and her daughter, Sonia Autry Cumber.
