Description	:	Linda Virginia (Schultz) Craver, 67, passed away peacefully on February 15, 2012 after a five-year battle with cancer at Bozeman Deaconess Hospital. She was surrounded by her family and friends. She was born in Bozeman on January 3, 1945 to Lester Schultz and Martha Virginia (Kelley) Schultz. She was surrounded by her family and friends. She was born in Bozeman on January 3, 1945 to Lester Schultz and Martha Virginia (Kelley) Schultz. Linda graduated from Belgrade High School in 1963 and went on to attend Kinman Business College in Spokane, WA where she graduated in 1965.The farm north of Belgrade was where she spent her childhood years. She married her high school sweet heart, James Marvin Craver on October 1, 1966. They lived in Manhattan for a short time before building their permanent home in Belgrade in 1975. She enjoyed playing softball and snowmobiling prior to the birth of her children. Linda worked for Sterling Bank (Empire Savings and Loan) for over 38 years, retiring in 2003. She was a member of Sweet Briar Chapter of Eastern Star, Manhattan, MT, Sapphire Temple #9 and Daughters of the Nile. Linda was very active in Bowling at Country Lanes. She looked forward to her annual national bowling trips that enabled her to see the U.S. She enjoyed being very involved in every aspect of her family's lives, from travelling across the state for various sporting activities to our enormous family get-togethers. Linda also enjoyed playing cards, from Bridge to Pinochle to Old Maid, with friends and family. Taking tickets at the events center, volunteering for tournaments and being everyone's instant banker at the "Belgrade Branch" of Empire Bank were also things she enjoyed doing. Linda was preceded in death by her father, Lester G. Schultz; mother, Martha V. Schultz; and brother, Harold "Butch" Schultz. She is survived by her husband, James Marvin Craver of Belgrade; sons, Cory James Craver (Amy G.) of Belgrade and Toby Joe Craver of Phoenix, AZ; daughter, Lynn Ann (Daniel L.) Blackford of Belgrade; aunt, Dallace Moore of Bozeman; Grandchildren, Morgan Marie Craver and Caden James Craver of Belgrade and Baby (Craver) Blackford due in April; and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Children, 911 West 5th Ave., Spokane, VVA 99201. The family would also like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Bozeman Deaconess Hospital and the Cancer Center for their tending loving care, and all the relatives and friends that came by in the last weeks to comfort her and the family and affirm what a special person Linda was. She was so special to all of us and will be dearly missed. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at Dokken-Nelson Funeral Service, 113 South Wilson Ave. Bozeman, MT 59715. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
