BINSLEY, 79, of 224 Parks Place, died at 10 p.m. Friday at the Columbiana County Home Hospital in Lisbon, following an illness of four years. He had been a patient at the hospital for six weeks. Mr. Binsley was born Sept. 23, 1894, in Wayne Township, a son of WILLIAM J. and SYLVIA COULSON BINSLEY. He moved to Columbiana from Lisbon 21 years ago. He was a machinist at National Rubber Co., having retired in 1960. He and his father owned and operated the Binsley Clothing Store in Lisbon for a number of years. A veteran of World War I, he served in France in 1918 and 1919. He was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church of Columbiana and the Lisbon Masonic Lodge. He served as village clerk in Lisbon for 13 years. Besides his wife, the former RUTH E. FISHER of the home, whom he married in 1921, he leaves two sons, GLEN E. BINSLEY of Marysville, Mich., and DAVID L. BINSLEY of Liverpool, N. Y., and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Warrick Funeral Home, with the Rev. Robert W. Winman of the church officiating. Burial will be at Lisbon Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Infomation given by B. Morrow
