Description	:	Lloyd A. Dannen Sr., 82 September 26, 1933 ~ April 3, 2016 Lloyd was born Sept. 26, 1933, in Melbourne, Iowa, to John and Frieda Dannen. He married Mary Wiggins on June 21, 1957. They were blessed with three children: a son, of Urbandale, Iowa; daughter, Blair, Nebraska; and another son, Boone, Iowa. They had seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. They were blessed with three children: a son, of Urbandale, Iowa; daughter, Blair, Nebraska; and another son, Boone, Iowa. They had seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. After retiring from the farm, Lloyd and Mary lived in Tekamah, Nebraska. Lloyd was a Mason, and served as Worshipful Master, the highest honor of a lodge. Lloyd A. Dannen Sr.,82, of Tekamah, Nebraska, died April 3, 2016, at CHI Health Immanuel Hospital, Omaha, as he held hands with his beloved wife, Mary. Lloyd was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers: Jake Dannen, George Dannen and Leonard Dannen, all of Rhodes, Iowa, and Max Dannen of Marshalltown, Iowa; and an infant sister, Betty, of Rhodes. Left with memories are his wife, Mary; a sister, of Gilman, Iowa; another sister and her husband, a brother and his wife, and a sister-in-law, all of Marshalltown; several nieces and nephews, children and their spouses, grandchildren and their spouses, great-grandchildren, extended family and friend. Lloyd Dannen passed away on April 3, 2016 and his wife, Mary, passed away on April 16, 2016. A combined Memorial Service will be held 6 pm Friday May 6, 2016 at Country Bible Church, near Blair, Nebraska, followed by a Dessert Fellowship in the CBC Fellowship Hall. A Committal Service will be held 1 pm Saturday May 7, 2016 at the cemetery in Rhoades, Iowa followed by a luncheon at the Methodist Church in Rhoades.
