| Description | : | "... In 1813 the house was again sold, this time to Loea Pratt, a carpenter from Reading, Massachusetts. It is speculated that Loea Pratt then added the front addition to the house. Loea, born in 1785, then married Lucy Hartshorn in 1814. Upon her death in 1841, Loea proceeded to marry Rebecca Wallace of Milford. It is noted that Loea Pratt was excommunicated from the Congregational church in 1841 for his bold anti-slavery stance.
