She was baptized and confirmed at Immanuel Church, rural Esmond. On Nov. 21, 1969 she married Darrell Johnson in Renton, Wash. She loved fishing, gardening, playing cards and spending time with family and friends. Survivors include her husband, Darrell of Leeds; a son, Dion (Teri) Johnson of Leeds; a daughter, Dena (Robert) Daws of Minot; four grandchildren; two brothers, Elmer (Mardell) Aabrekke of Milnor and Ivan (Bonnie) Aabrekke of Minnewaukan; and six sisters, Shirley (Dennis) Olson of Edinberg, Kathy (Lyder) Lundgren, Diane (Rodger) Carlson and Connie (Tom) Langley, all of Park River, Sandy (Tom) Cudmore of Grafton and Linda (Allen) Henning of Evansville, Ind. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Carl Jr.
