On Jan 7, 1955, she married Alphonse J. "Fuzzy" Daley, who died June 29, 1993. Mrs. Daley was a graduate of Lafayette-Jackson High School. She worked many years at Hefner's Eldora Dairy and retired from Daley's Foods in Lima. She worked for Doctors Dugan and Place in Lima and later cleaned the police and mayor's offices in Spencerville. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church and volunteered for Lima Salvation Army and Allen County Chapter of the American Red Cross. Survivors include four children, Randy (Dee Norton) Daley, of Venedocia, Kimberly (Christopher) Colasanti, of Lima, Laurie (John Gerdemann) Seibert, of Delphos, and Missy (Christopher) Fast, of Spencerville; two stepsons, Charles (Shirley) Daley, of Spencerville, and John Daley, of Lima; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a brother, Richard (Gladys) Werling, of Westminster; a sister, Rosella Underwood, of Ada; and a sister-in-law, Edna Werling, of Lima. She was preceded in death by two children, Michael McDonald and Kathy Dailey; a brother, James Werling; and a sister, Mary Louise Ring. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Patrick Catholic Church. The Rev. John Fleck will officiate. Burial will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Gethsemani Cemetery, Lima. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home, where a prayer service will begin at 8 p.m. Tuesday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Allen County Chapter of the American Red Cross or Spencerville Emergency Medical Service.
