Mrs. Lamb was born Feb. 14, 1930 in Washington, D.C., the daughter of the late Fred Leslie and Dora Vaughan Muse. She was a graduate of the Bible Institute of Philadelphia and the Institute of Children's Literature. Read More	The Recorder September 12, 2003 Lois Ann Muse Lamb, 73, wife of Charles "Pat" Lamb of 77 Dam Town Road, Fort Defiance, died Monday, Sept. 8, 2003 at her residence. Mrs. Lamb was born Feb. 14, 1930 in Washington, D.C., the daughter of the late Fred Leslie and Dora Vaughan Muse. She was a graduate of the Bible Institute of Philadelphia and the Institute of Children's Literature. From 1970-1993 she worked for Children's Ministry Inc. of Pittsburgh, Pa., where she worked fill time from 1980-1987. Mrs. Lamb was an accomplished musician working with children's music and programs in churches, and she was also a ventriloquist in their beach ministry, CSSM, she and her husband Pat were known as Mr. and Mrs. Baa Baa. She also enjoyed making crafts with her husband, and taught tole painting classes. Mrs. Lamb attended Bethany United Methodist Church of Burketown, where she was a member of the Young at Heart Group and taught Sunday School in the Faith Bible Class. She was also a member of the New Hope High Noon Club. Family members in addition to her husband, to whom she was married Sept. 3, 1952, are a son and daughter-in-law, Charles "Steve" and Cindy Lamb of Harrisonburg; three grandsons, Bradley Lamb of Harrisburg, Pa., Gregory Lamb of Harrisonburg, and Benjamin Lamb of Denver, Colo. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. A graveside service was held at 1 1 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 11 in McKendree Cemetery, Highland County, conducted by the Rev. H. Donald Hawks. A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 13, at Bethany United Methodist Church, Burketown, by the Rev. Hawks, the Rev. Dean Simpson, and the Rev. Alan Yeo.
