Description	:	Lola Parkins Mrs. Donald M. Parkins, 67, of Strong City died Jan. 26, at Mid-America Nursing Center in El Dorado. Lola A. Haines, daughter of Eugene and Lois Landon Haines, was born Aug. 12, 1914, in Arkansas City. During the 1940's she worked in resturants in Winfield and was a cook at Winfield State Hospital and Training Center. She married Glen Donlay and he died in 1947. She then married Donald M. Parkins in 1958 in Douglass. Mrs. Parkins was a member of the First Baptist church of Cottonwood Falls. Survivors include her husband, of... Read More	Lola Parkins Mrs. Donald M. Parkins, 67, of Strong City died Jan. 26, at Mid-America Nursing Center in El Dorado. Lola A. Haines, daughter of Eugene and Lois Landon Haines, was born Aug. 12, 1914, in Arkansas City. Parkins in 1958 in Douglass. Mrs. Parkins was a member of the First Baptist church of Cottonwood Falls. Survivors include her husband, of the home, one son, Gilbert Donlay, of Eldon, Mo.; one brother, Forest Haines, of Wichita; and one sister, Reva Tuel of Euless, Texas. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Brown-Bennett Funeral Home in Cottonwood Falls. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. at Pleasant Valley cemetery near Hackney. The Rev. Robert Patrick of Strong City will officiate.
