Description	:	Mrs. Lola Brown, aged 71 years, passed away suddenly of a heart attack here Monday morning January 21st, at the home of her sister, Mrs. Ethel Morgan, where she had been staying. Mrs. Brown had been in failing health for some time, suffering from a chronic heart condition, and for the past several months had made her home with Mrs. Morgan, and with another sister, Mrs. Ruth Tiede, near Rensselaer. When Mrs. Morgan left Monday morning for her work at Weaver's store, her sister was apparently in her usual health, although she had not arisen for the day.... Mrs. Brown had been in failing health for some time, suffering from a chronic heart condition, and for the past several months had made her home with Mrs. Morgan, and with another sister, Mrs. Ruth Tiede, near Rensselaer. When Mrs. Morgan left Monday morning for her work at Weaver's store, her sister was apparently in her usual health, although she had not arisen for the day. When Mrs. Morgan went home at the noon hour, she found her sister's lifeless body. Coroner Earl Moore was called and attributed death to a severe heart seizure. Lola May Burson was born May 15, 1885, a daughter of the late Lambert E. Burson and Margaret (Vint) Burson. She was married to Albert Brown. He passed away in 1942. She had lived at Monticello for the past several years, but had spent the past several months with her two sisters in this community. She was a member of the Francesville Methodist church. Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Morgan of Francesville, Mrs. Tiede of Rensselaer, Mrs. Bessie Ren of Laporte; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be held this (Thursday) afternoon at the Querry home, with the Rev. Gilbert Piker of the Monticello Methodist church in charge.
