Two other passengers in the car, A. M. Barker, 46, and Richard R. Belden, 17, both of Kansas City, were also killed Miss Bennett, 40 years old, had been a resident of Kansas City for the past eight years and was a secretary in a coal and lumber company's offices. She is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles C. Bennett, and a sister, Miss Naomi Bennett, all of Shelbina. The burial will be made at Shelbyville, the former family home. Miss Lolia Bennett, Kansas City who was killed yesterday in the bus- automobile accident on highway 40 near Tonganoxie was a 1932-33 student here at Chillicothe Business College. Miss Bennett, enrolling from Shelbyville, MO., had been employed since graduation as secretary at the Dierks Lumber and Coal Co., Kansas City, living at 619 W. 10th Street. She is survived by her parents, Mr. and Chars C Bennett and a sister, Miss Naomia Bennett, of Shelbina. The funeral will be at the family home in Shelbyville. The accident occurred last Sunday morning and the victims of the disaster were Miss Lolia Bennett, 40, Andrew M. Barker, 46, and Richard Russell Belden, 17 The bus was a Southern Greyhound with 25 passengers in it and Folyd May of Salina the driver. None of the passengers were injured in the bus except one who suffered a cut above the eye. Witnesses say no blame could be attached to the bus driver.
