Description	:	Wedgefield, May 25 - Joint services for L. D. Goodman, Jr., John J. Geddings, Jr., and W. M. Strange, Jr., killed in a collision last night, were held at 5 o'clock this afternoon at Wedgefield Presbyterian church, conducted by the Rev. W. M. Stevenson, pastor of the church, and the Rev. William Haynesworth, pastor of the Wedgefield Baptist church. Interment for the young Goodman followed at the church cemetery of the Presbyterian church, after which the bodies of the other two youths were taken to the village cemetery for burial. The three were killed when the motorbcycle on which they were riding was struck by an automobile. Goodman is the son of Mr. and Mrs. L. D. Goodman of Wedgefield and was about twenty years old. He was employed at a filling station in Sumter and was coming home from work when the tragedy occurred.
