Her home was at 1310 Indiana street. She was born at Blythendale, Mo., on March 26, 1918, the daughter of Thomas and Alice Woodward Martin, and had resided at Lone Tree before coming to Muscatine. She was married to Donald Curry here on March 20, 1935. Mrs Curry was a member of the Methodist church and of the Pocahontas lodge. Surviving are her husband; two sons, Donald Ray and John Leo Curry, both at home, her father, Thomas Martin, Muscatine; eight brothers, Arthur Martin, Iowa City, Eugene, of West Liberty, Cecil Martin, Davenport, John Martin, Lone Tree, and Harold, William, Thomas and Kenneth Martin all of Muscatine; four sisters, Mrs Myrtle Hamilton, Conesville, Mrs. Alice Yotter, West Liberty, Mrs. Vesta Miner, Muscatine and Mrs Elizabeth Keef, Lincoln, Neb. Her mother preceeded her in death. The body is at the Ralph J. Wittich Funeral home where services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m, Thursday by the Rev. James H. Sloan, pastor of the Park Avenue Methodist Church.
