Wayne, IN, the daughter of Charles Topp and Inez (Pogue) Topp. She graduated from Lafayette Central High School in 1962. She married Larry A. Hine on June 2, 1962. Wayne, IN; Granddaughter, Heather Hine; Three Grandsons, Gage Hine, Grant Richardson, and Noah Miller; Two Great Granddaughters, Kirsten Smith, and Katelyn Smith. She is preceded in death by her Father, Charles A. Topp, Mother, Inez Topp, Husband, Larry A. Hine, Brother, Charles "Butch" R. Tapp, Brother, Russell Topp, Brother, Eugene Topp, Sister, Jeanette Nine, and Daughter, Cynthia Harshman. Visitation will be from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm Monday, October 4, 2021 at Bailey-Love Mortuary, 35 West Park Drive, Huntington, IN. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm Monday, October 4, 2021 at Bailey-Love Mortuary, 35 West Park Drive, Huntington, IN with Father Dale Bauman officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Roanoke. Preferred memorials may be made in memory of Loretta to the Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home of Ft. Wayne, IN, in care of Bailey-Love Mortuary, 35 West Park Drive, Huntington, IN, 46750. Bailey-Love Mortuary is honored to serve the family of Loretta I. Hine.
