Born in New Germany, May 28, 1915, she was the daughter of the late Elwood (Clarence) and Evelena Meisner, New Germany. Lorna was predeceased by her husband, Dalton Franklyn Mailman; and sisters, Pauline Conrad, Ethel Power, Dorothy Oickle; brother, Gerald. Read More	Lorna Eliza Mailman - January 14, 2012 MAILMAN, Lorna Eliza, 96, of Rosedale Home for Special Care, New Germany, formerly of Bridgewater, passed away at the home on Saturday, January 14, 2012. Born in New Germany, May 28, 1915, she was the daughter of the late Elwood (Clarence) and Evelena Meisner, New Germany. Lorna was predeceased by her husband, Dalton Franklyn Mailman; and sisters, Pauline Conrad, Ethel Power, Dorothy Oickle; brother, Gerald. Survived by a brother, Lowell, of Ontario; and many nieces and nephews and their families. With no children of her own, she enjoyed helping to bring up most of her nieces and nephews, thus giving them wonderful memories of all the love and care given; for their time spent with her. A funeral service was held Tuesday, January 17, 2012, at Sweeny's Funeral Chapel, Bridgewater, with Rev. Ivan Norton officiating. Interment was in Brookside Cemetery, Bridgewater, alongside of her beloved Dalton. We would like to thank Sweeny's Funeral Home, Bridgewater, for such excellent service; Rev. Ivan Norton; Rosedale Home for Special Care; pallbearers; Dr. D. Edmunds; and all who gave donations, phone calls, food, e-mails and cards.
