Description	:	Lorraine Louise Adelheid Elisabeth (Wieczorek) Bormann was born on March 24, 1915, in Stickney, South Dakota to the late Henry and Anna (Gerlach) Wieczorek. She was baptized and later confirmed at St. John's Lutheran Church in Dimock, South Dakota and attended rural school in Aurora County, South Dakota. On June 12, 1935, Lorraine was united in marriage to Phillip Bormann at St. John's Lutheran Church. After marriage, they farmed in Aurora County. Phillip died in an accident on July 13, 1956. Read More	Lorraine Louise Adelheid Elisabeth (Wieczorek) Bormann was born on March 24, 1915, in Stickney, South Dakota to the late Henry and Anna (Gerlach) Wieczorek. She was baptized and later confirmed at St. John's Lutheran Church in Dimock, South Dakota and attended rural school in Aurora County, South Dakota. On June 12, 1935, Lorraine was united in marriage to Phillip Bormann at St. John's Lutheran Church. After marriage, they farmed in Aurora County. Phillip died in an accident on July 13, 1956. Lorraine moved into Stickney in the fall of 1959. On August 11, 1971, Lorraine was united in marriage to Gerrit Wolbrink at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Stickney. Gerrit passed away in July 1986. In June of 1988, Lorraine moved to Jeffers, Minnesota to be near her daughter. She resided in the Den-Mar apartments. In November of 2006, Lorraine moved to the Valley View Manor in Lamberton and was recently hospitalized at the Springfield Medical Center in Springfield, Minnesota where she passed away peacefully on Friday evening, August 21, 2009 at the wonderful age of 94. Lorraine was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Jeffers where she participated in Crossway Bible Study and the Dorcus Circle. Lorraine also was a member of the Jeffers West Side Club. Lorraine had many enjoyments in life which included baking, crocheting, sewing, gardening, doing crossword puzzles, playing cards and especially spending time with her family. Even though Lorraine lived with Parkinson's for 70 years; she still enjoyed life to the fullest with a very positive attitude. Her family will remember her by her loving, quiet, gentle spirit and her faith in Jesus Christ. Lorraine is survived by two sons, Delton Bormann (Henrietta) of Stickney, SD; Darrell Bormann of Ft. Myers, FL; one daughter, Marlys Beukelman (Dennis) of Jeffers; eight grandchildren, Connie Dienert of Sioux Falls, SD; Randy Bormann (Deb) of Stickney; Greg Bormann (Diane) of Omaha, NE; Lori Earl (Ronald) of Mt. Vernon, SD; Phillip Bormann (Luddy) of Annapolis, MD; Brenda Beukelman (Mike Frommelt) of Minneapolis; Lisa Kim (Tony) of Beavercreek, OH; Aaron Beukelman (Sarah) of Omaha, NE; twenty great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Phyllis Wieczoreck of Corsica, SD; three nephews and one niece. Lorraine is preceded in death by her parents; two husbands; one brother, Oliver Wieczorek; one sister-in-law, Caroline Titze; one brother-in-law, Emil Titze. Lacanne Funeral Home * contributed by L.
