Description	:	Lottie (Davis) Dillard, 98, of Inman, SC, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 6, 2007, at Magnolia Manor of Inman after a long illness. Born July 4, 1909, in Union County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Luther Davis and Pacolet (Mott) Davis and the wife of the late Oren Wesley Dillard. Born July 4, 1909, in Union County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Luther Davis and Pacolet (Mott) Davis and the wife of the late Oren Wesley Dillard. Retired from Milliken and Company, Drayton Plant, she was a member of Liberty United Methodist Church. Survivors include three sons, Ned Oren Dillard and his wife Linda of Spartanburg, William L. Dillard of Greenville, and Wesley Dillard and his wife Michele of Moore; and two daughters, Faye Dickson and her husband Alvin of Inman, and Carolyn Elmore and her husband Roland of Spartanburg; five grandchildren, Kelly Dickson, Ashley Thomas, Joey Dillard, Chelsea and Brian Dillard; and two great-grandchildren, Porter and Woods Thomas. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to all. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 7, 2007, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel conducted by the Rev. David Lancaster. Burial was in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family received friends following the service at the Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials could be made to Liberty United Methodist Church, 2095 Chesnee Highway, Spartanburg, SC 29303.
