Description	:	For several years after attending school he was employed by the C.M. St. P. & P. Railroad company. (Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul & Pacific), until he was called into the service at the time of the World War, on February 25, 1918. He was a member of Co. F, 32nd Engineers and served for 22 months. He spent 12 months overseas and was discharged from the service on June 21. 1919. He again entered the employ of the C.M. St. P. & P.
