Description	:	Jensen Rites Held Nov. 6 Funeral services for Louis G. Jensen, 98, of Valley View Lodge, Norfolk, were held at 10:00 a.m. November 6 at the Community Church in Brunswick. Interment was in the Brunswick Cemetery. The Rev. Robert Hollowell officiated at the services. The soloist, Mrs. Ervin Sawyer, sang "In The Garden" and "The Last Mile of the Way," accompanied by Mrs. Mearl DePeel. Jensen was born on February 19, 1877 at Marshalltown, Ia., the son of Mr. and Mrs. Nels Jensen. He died November 4, 1975 at the Lutheran Community Hospital in Norfolk. His early years were spent in Wyoming and the Dakotas. He farmed in the Brunswick community until his retirement and then resided in Norfolk until his death. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ellen, and a daughter, Faye Marshall. He is survived by his son-in-law, Walter Marshall of Norfolk; two grandsons, Gerald Marshall of Omaha and Donn Marshall of Norfolk and a granddaughter, Joann Hinnerichs. — The Plainview News (Plainview, Nebraska), November 12, 1975, p. 3
