Description	:	Louise F. Zeltinger, 90, rural Mohall, formerly of Phoenix, AZ, and Tolley, died Friday, May 17, 1991, on arrival at a Mohall hospital. Her funeral will be held today, Wednesday, May 22, at 11 a.m., in Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic church, Tolley, with burial in St. Charles cemetery, rural Tolley. She was born September 14, 1900, in St. Cloud, MN, to Ignatius and Katie Zeltinger. The family moved to Roosevelt Township, Renville County, south of Tolley, in November 1900. Zeltinger, 90, rural Mohall, formerly of Phoenix, AZ, and Tolley, died Friday, May 17, 1991, on arrival at a Mohall hospital. Her funeral will be held today, Wednesday, May 22, at 11 a.m., in Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic church, Tolley, with burial in St. Charles cemetery, rural Tolley. She was born September 14, 1900, in St. Cloud, MN, to Ignatius and Katie Zeltinger. The family moved to Roosevelt Township, Renville County, south of Tolley, in November 1900. She attended the township school and graduated from Tolley High School. She had a long career in the education profession, teaching in many North Dakota communities and in Phoenix. In earlier years, she was self-taught with the help of correspondence courses and taught in rural Tolley. Later she received her teaching certificate from Minot State University and then taught in Strasburg, Foxholm and Grenora. She graduated from St. Margaret's School of Nursing in 1939 in Kansas City, KS. She returned to North Dakota and was hospital administrator for three years in Noonan. She returned to MSU and earned her bachelor of science degree in education. She then taught music and English in Donnybrook and Tolley high schools. She retired from teaching in North Dakota in 1964 and moved to Phoenix to live in the winters. She taught in St. Jerome's Elementary Parochial School there for nine years. She moved to rural Mohall on July 6. She was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, the St. Mary's Alter Society, both of Tolley, and the North Dakota Education Association. She sang a number of years in the choirs of Sts. Peter and Paul and St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Donnybrook. Survivors include sisters, Clara Ahmann, Helena, MT, Anne Rowe, Mohall, Marie Rabuse, Paola, KS, Loretta Shores, Vernonia, OR; and a brother, Frank, Kenmare.
