Description	:	Mullins- Louise Gasque Altman, 91, of Mullins passed away peacefully Monday, September 30, 2013 at Mullins Nursing Center with her family by her side. She was born in Marion County, a daughter of the late William Harrell and Maggie Clark Gasque. Mrs. Altman was a member of Mullins First Baptist Church and the Crusaders Sunday School Class. She and her late husband always enjoyed singing in the Senior Saints Choir of the church until their health no longer allowed them to do so. Read More	Mullins- Louise Gasque Altman, 91, of Mullins passed away peacefully Monday, September 30, 2013 at Mullins Nursing Center with her family by her side. She was born in Marion County, a daughter of the late William Harrell and Maggie Clark Gasque. Mrs. Altman was a member of Mullins First Baptist Church and the Crusaders Sunday School Class. She and her late husband always enjoyed singing in the Senior Saints Choir of the church until their health no longer allowed them to do so. Mrs. Altman was predeceased in addition to her parents, by her husband, Houston Altman and her brothers, Ernest, Charlie, Troy, Hugh, and Boyd Gasque. She is survived by a son, W.J. Altman and his wife, Jeannette of Dillon; a daughter, Dianne A. Gibson and her husband, Joe of Florence; two grandchildren, Janet Altman Byrd (Berry) of Latta and Tracy Anderson (Terry) of Rowland, N.C.; four great-grandchildren, Brooke and Sarah Paschal and Connor and Leah Anderson, a very special niece, Sylvia G. Martin of Floydale, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends that she dearly loved. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at Meares Funeral Home in Mullins. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with burial at Devotion Gardens.
