Description	:	Louise Hanna Bliesman was born at Neumunster, Schleswig, Holstein, Germany, October 23, 1903, the daughter of Ernst and Anna Paulsen Blunck. She was received into God's Kingdom of Grace through the Sacrament of Holy Baptism in November of 1903 in Germany and confirmed in her Christian Faith there, April 18, 1917. Her formative years were spent in Germany where she received her education. In 1922 Louise came to the United States of America and settled at Denison, Iowa, where, in 1925, she was united in marriage with Carl Linke. Read More	Louise Hanna Bliesman was born at Neumunster, Schleswig, Holstein, Germany, October 23, 1903, the daughter of Ernst and Anna Paulsen Blunck. She was received into God's Kingdom of Grace through the Sacrament of Holy Baptism in November of 1903 in Germany and confirmed in her Christian Faith there, April 18, 1917. Her formative years were spent in Germany where she received her education. In 1922 Louise came to the United States of America and settled at Denison, Iowa, where, in 1925, she was united in marriage with Carl Linke. They made their home on a farm north of Schleswig, Iowa and their union was blessed with one son, Carl. Mr. Linke died in 1948 and following his death Louise moved to Denison where she was employed as a clerk. In 1951, Louise was united in marriage with William Bliesman at Denison and they made their home on the farm north of Schleswig until retiring and moving to Denison. Mr. Bliesman died in 1971. Louise spent her retirement years in Denison where she enjoyed her membership at Zion Lutheran Church, Zion Ladies Aid and Dorcas Society. On December 19, 1994 Louise moved to Eventide Lutheran Home in Denison and it was there her death occurred Wednesday, April 26, 2000. At the time of her death she had attained the age of 96 years, 6 months and 3 days. Including her parents and two husbands, Louise was preceded in death by her son, Carl Linke and her sister, Anna Marie Hass. Those who remain to cherish her memory include one step-daughter, Goldie and husband, Raymond Baker of Kiron, Iowa, one daughter-in-law, Mardell Linke of Ida Grove, Iowa, three grandchildren, Wayne Linke and wife, Linda of Lawrenceville, Georgia, Michael Linke of Atlanta, Georgia and Dave Linke and wife, Debi of Norcross, Georgia, seven great-grandchildren, two step grandchildren, Roger Baker and wife, Karen of Kiron, Iowa and Karen Baker of Kiron, one step-grandson, other relatives and friends. Graveside Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, June 8, 2000 at the Morgan Township Cemetery at Schleswig with interment following.
