Description	:	Lowell was the first born to otto and freeda porter. he taught rural grade school for one year and then in march 1942 the u s called him to military action in world war two where he fought on the front lines of 6 countries, earning two bronze stars he was discharged at rank of sargeant. in june of 1943 he married lola hill and from this union two daughters was born jean ann in 1946 and Janice in 1951. he spent the rest of his life on the farm raising livestock and working in the town...
