Gary Hatcher officiating. Burial was in the Wayne Zion Cemetery. Luann Bohlken of Monticello died early Saturday morning at Mercy Hospital in Cedar Rapids from injuries received in a car accident. Luann Bohlken was born Feb. 26, 1953 in Monticello. She was the daughter of Leo and Esther Dirks Bohlken. She received her education in the Monticello Community Schools. After graduating in 1971, she started working for Polo Plastics in Monticello and was a silk screen operator at the time of her death. Miss Bohlken was a member of the Wayne Zion Lutheran Church. She is survived by her mother; two brothers, William of Sand Springs and David of Monticello; three sisters, Darlene Hjelle and Janis Bohlken, both of Minneapolis, Minn. and Linda Fangman of Aurora, Neb. She was preceded in death by her father and a brother. Casket bearers were Jerry Kiburz, Dean Ehrisman, William R. Bohlken, Bradly Bohlken, John Hjelle, Joe Fangman.
