Description	:	Lucille "Lou" F. Dlugosh, 75, died March 19, 1998 in Sterling. Visitation and viewing will begin at 8 am. Sunday, March 22, 1998 at Chaney-Walters Funeral Home with vigil and rosary service at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday. A mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, March 23 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with Father Bob Whipkey officiating. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery. Lucille was born August 30, 1922 in Sterling to James Talbott and Mabel Stewart. She attended school at St. Pat's Academy in Sidney, Neb. and graduated in May, 1940. In 1944, Lucille married Reno Marostica and had three children. In 1960, they divorced. Lucille married Vernon "Joe" Dlugosh on Feb. 2, 1974 in Sterling. He owned a trucking business. She was involved with the Catholic Church and for the past 30 years was a member of St. Anthony's Parish. She volunteered at St. Anthony's School and at the school library, and she was an associate of St. Francis, a lay order dedicated to emulating the life and continuing the work of St. Francis. She is survived by her husband, Joe Diugosh of Sterling; her stepmother, Rose Talbott of Sterling; her brother, Harrison Talbott of Laramie, Wyo.; her son, Ron Marostica and wife Catherine of Iliff; two daughters, Rhonda Elliott of San Diego, Calif., and RoxAnne Weers and husband Lorin of Akron; and four grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and two brothers. Memorials can be made to St. Anthony's Library Fund.
