Description	:	MOSCOW - Lucille G. LaRochelle, 79, died Tuesday, July 17, at Redington-Fairview General Hospital in Skowhegan. She was born Dec. 25, 1932, in Bingham, to Harold and Bertha (Fitzsimmons) Gillespie. Lucille graduated from Bingham High School with the class of 1950. In October 1951, she was married in Bingham to Douglas N. LaRochelle. She has been a lifelong resident of the Bingham-Moscow area. Lucille began a waitressing career with her parents at Thompson's Restaurant in Bingham and continued working there for 40 years until her retirement in the early 1990s. She was born Dec. 25, 1932, in Bingham, to Harold and Bertha (Fitzsimmons) Gillespie. Lucille graduated from Bingham High School with the class of 1950. In October 1951, she was married in Bingham to Douglas N. LaRochelle. She has been a lifelong resident of the Bingham-Moscow area. Lucille began a waitressing career with her parents at Thompson's Restaurant in Bingham and continued working there for 40 years until her retirement in the early 1990s. After her retirement, she and Douglas enjoyed spending time at their camp in Pleasant Ridge. She was predeceased by a brother, James, sister-in-law Maxine Gillespie and a brother-in-law, Earl McKay. Lucille is survived by her husband of 60 years, Douglas N. LaRochelle, of Moscow; two daughters, Sharon M. (LaRochelle) Bridges, and her husband, Vinal "Butch," of Skowhegan, and Sherry (LaRochelle) Diaz and her companion, Alin Chouinard, of Norridgewock; a granddaughter, Dawn (Bridges) Smith, and her husband, Randy, of Jacksonville, N.C.; a grandson, Aaron Bridges, of Skowhegan; a great-grandson, Logan Smith, of Jacksonville, N.C.; a sister, Kathleen McKay, of Holliston Mass.; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be at Robinson Memorial Cemetery in Moscow with Nathan T. Richards officiating. (Morning Sentinel 7/19/2012)
