Lucinda was united in Marrage to Rufus Lenius on May 29, 1918 in Tripoli. The couple lived in Waterloo, and then lived on several farms near Tripoli and Frederika. Read More	LUCINDA B BLOCK Mrs Lucinda B Block, 85, of 320 15th St NW, Waverly, died Friday afternoon, March 2, at the Flow Memorial Hospital in Denton, Texas Lucinda B Mahlstedt was born Dec 31, 1898 in Nashua, the daughter of William and Dora Gerstenkorn Mahlstedt. Lucinda was united in Marrage to Rufus Lenius on May 29, 1918 in Tripoli. The couple lived in Waterloo, and then lived on several farms near Tripoli and Frederika. They retired from farming in the early 1930's and moved to Waverly. Rufus died on Dec 28, 1949 In Feb, 1961, Lucinda was united in marriage to Ted Bock at St John Lutheran church in Waverly. The couple lived in Tripoli until Ted's death in 1969. Lucinda then moved back to Waverly. The past several years she has been spending the winter months with her daughter, Lucille, in Denton, Texas Lucinda was a member of St John Lutheran Church in Waverly, and was a member of the Waverly Senior Citizens. She is survived by one son, Harold Lenius, of Waverly, one daughter, Lucille, Mrs Alvin Brinkman of Denton, Texas, one stepson, Rev Gerald M Bock, of St Louis, Mo, eight grandchildren, and 22 great grandchildren. She was preceed in death by her parents, husbands, one son, Robert, and one son in infancy, three brothers, and two sisters. A Prayer Service was held on Monday, March 5, 2:00 PM in Denton, Texas. Funeral services in Waverly will be Thursday, March 8, 11:00 am at St John Lutheran Church with Rev Gary Arp officiating, Burial will be in Grace Lutheran Cemetery, Tripoli. The family suggests that memorials be directed to the Heart Fund.
