In 1907, she moved to Mitchell, where she graduated from high school. She attended Comercial College at Fremont for one year, She married John W. Case April 3, 1920, at Mitchell. They farmed in the Dutch Flats area and in Mitchell Valley. She lived in Mitchell since her husband's death in 1955 and until declining health forced her to move to the care facility about 7 years ago. She was a member of the Federated Churches of Mitchell since 1907. She is survived by her son and daughter in law William E. and Lillian Case of Boulder, Colo.; and two grandsons John B Case and his wife Marianne of Albuquerque, and James L. case and his wife Susan of Allentown, Pa.; and five greatgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, an infant daughter, an infant brother and by her sister Lizzie Pollard Chalupa.
