She was born December 6, 1918 to her parents, the late George L. and Sallie Miller Beshearse. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Verbal Wright; son, Charles Douglas Wright, Sr.; grandson, Charles Douglas "Chuck" Wright; 2 brothers, Virgil and James Beshearse; sister, Lois Hibdon. She was born December 6, 1918 to her parents, the late George L. and Sallie Miller Beshearse. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Verbal Wright; son, Charles Douglas Wright, Sr.; grandson, Charles Douglas "Chuck" Wright; 2 brothers, Virgil and James Beshearse; sister, Lois Hibdon. Ms. Ludean was a member of the Doyle Church of Christ and was a homemaker and she and her husband owned and operated Wrights Supermarket and Slaughter house in Smithville and Sparta. Survivors include 3 children, Shirley (Gene) Stone of Montgomery, Texas, Jimmy (Joyce) Wright of Lascassas, Carl L. (Donna) Wright of Tipton, Indiana; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 1 sister, Clara Mae Hawkins of Smithville; Several nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be 3:PM Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro. Bobby Wilhite officiating and burial to follow in New Union Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be on Monday 4:PM until 8:PM and Tuesday 10:AM until the time of the service at 3:PM. DeKalb Funeral Chapel in Smithville is in charge of the arrangements
