She then married Gerhardt Kappel in 1914 according to Ancestry.com and is listed as his wife in the 1920 US Federal Census. He died in 1929 and she is listed as a widow in 1930 census. According to FAG guidelines, the last name a person had is to be entered for "last name", just like you have it...Kappel. However, she can't have two maiden names. According to FAG guidelines, the last name a person had is to be entered for "last name", just like you have it...Kappel. However, she can't have two maiden names. I found her maiden name to be Lupbena (in two censuses) Graalman. One census shows Bena, 1930 census shows Lupbienna, and the name "Verbena" is in quotes on her stone. So the Limburg name should not be used in her name area. It can be included in her bio.
