She was married in 1904 to Warden Bolwar, who survives with five daughters:; Mrs. Ruth Lang of Ottumwa, Mrs. Pauline Kinney of Bloomfield, Mrs. Lucile Wilkinson, Mrs. Irene Lepper and Jean all of Floris; her mother six sisters; Mrs. Nora Ryttenberg of Ottumwa, Mrs. Jessie Ware of Cedar Rapids, Mrs. Elsie Hancock of Keota, Iowa, Mrs. Florence Knedler of Blakesburg, Mrs. Bernice Heady of Agency, Mrs. Alma Christy of Dover, Idaho; one brother, Orval Johnson of Mitchell, Nebr. and four grandsons. She was preceeded in death by her father, a brother, Raymond, two sisters and a brother who died in infancy. She united with the Floris Baptist church 24 years ago and was a faithful Christian until her death. She departed this life April 30, 1936, at the age of 48 years, 5 months and 8 days. Services were held at her home May 1, in charge of Rev. E.H. Sample, assisted by Rev. Glade Yost of Bloomfield, and Rev. Harold Day, of Floris. A quartet composed of Rev. Harold Day, Ott Crist, Mrs. Doyle McClure and Mrs. E.H. Sample, accompanied by Mrs. Ray McReynolds sang "Going Down the Valley" and "Where We'll Never Grow Old." A solo number, "The Rose of Sharon" was sung by Mrs. McClure. The pallbearers were Alva Strickland, Dr. Parker, Will Rouch, Ray Archibald, Sam Hale and Ira Comer. Burial was made in the Dunnveille cemetery.
