October 28, 1926 LUTHER SADLER #2 of 2 Funeral services for Luther Sadler, age 22, who died at Jacksonville, Florida, October 19, were conducted by Rev. B.F. Mr. Sadler, who had been in ill health for several months, has been at the home of his brother Lonnie Sadler, at Ocala, Florida for some time and had started on his return trip home, acompanied by Mrs. Lonnie Sadler. They had reached Jacksonville and boarded a train for Memphis when he collapsed and died about five minutes before the train departed. The body was removed to an undertaking parlor where it was prepared and shipped here for burial. The deceased was reared near Rison and for the past few years has resided in Harper township at the home of his wife's parents, Mr. and Mrs. C.W. Morrison. He was at one time engaged in business in Rison. Besides his wife he is survived by his father, J.C. Sadler, of this place; four brothers, Lonnie and Frank Sadler of Ocala, Florida; and Everette and Jake Sadler of Pine Bluff; three sisters, Mrs. J.D. Ratteree of Monticello, Mrs. Bennie Cash of Pine Bluff and Mrs. Lee Greenlees of near Rison.
