She was born Aug. 15, 1902, in White Oak to John Frederick and Othelia Nelson Larson. She married Lloyd W. Harsch on Sept. 23, 1922, in Ottumwa. He died Feb. 29, 1992. A resident of Ottumwa most of her life, she was the last charter member of Silver Leaf Club, a member since 1923. She is survived by two sons, Kenneth and Larry of Ottumwa; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter; three sisters, Gertrude Larson, Ethel Hadley and Goldie Russell; and six brothers, Arthur, Joe, Reynold, Ernest, Habel and Harold Larson. The services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Reece Funeral Home, the Rev. Lafe Culver of The Church officiating. Burial will be Shaul Cemetery. Visitation will being at 9 a.m. Saturday. Family visitation will be from 7 to 8:20 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Honorary pallbearers will be members of Silver Leaf Club. Active pallbearers will be Stan Harsch, Jeff Petersen, Ben Sodey, Jack Boal, Gene Flanders and Joe Larson.
