Description	:	Mable Wingo Bradd, 94, devoted and loving wife, mother and teacher passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, January, 12, 2014 at Warren Memorial Hospital in Front Royal, VA. Mable was born to Guy and Mable Wingo. She and her eight sisters and one brother grew up in Drakes Branch, Virginia. She attended Blackstone Teachers College and graduated from Radford University. Mable was born to Guy and Mable Wingo. She and her eight sisters and one brother grew up in Drakes Branch, Virginia. She attended Blackstone Teachers College and graduated from Radford University. Mable was a successful teacher for 46 years. During her career she taught in Radford, Virginia, Newport News, Virginia, and North Miami, Florida and finished her teaching career at George Mason High School in Falls Church, VA. She was a successful basketball, softball, tennis and volleyball coach during those years. She is predeceased by her grandson, Gny. Sgt. Ryan Jeschke USMC (son of her daughter, Carolyn Jeschke) and her parents and siblings. Mable is survived after 63 years of wonderful marriage to her husband, Floyd Bradd, Jr. (currently of Front Royal, Virginia). Prior to Front Royal, they lived in Hayes, Virginia. She and Floyd had two children: her son, Floyd Bradd, III, MD ("Tripp") married to Jan Bradd of Front Royal, Virginia. Her daughter, Carolyn Jeschke is married to Tom Jeschke of Herndon, Virginia. Mable had four grandchildren by Tripp and Jan - Kristin Waltz (married to Chris Waltz - with her three children - Keagan Ball, Abbigail Ball and Vincent Waltz), Justin (married to Whitney Crawford Bradd with their daughter, Mary Cadence), Erika Bradd and Aaron Bradd. Mable had three grandchildren by Carolyn and Tom Jeschke - Gny. Sgt. Ryan Jeschke (dec.) (and his wife, Sheila Jeschke), Kara Jeschke, Jean Jeschke Siler (married to Andy Siler and their two children - Jayla and Gabriel). Relatives and friends are invited to Riverton United Methodist Church, E. Strasburg Road, on January 16, 2013, Thursday, viewing from 12 noon to 2 pm. with a Celebration Service from 2 - 3 pm with a reception to follow in the church fellowship hall. A graveside service will be held at Peninsula Memorial Park, 12750 Warwick Blvd, Newport News, VA 23606 on Saturday, January 18, 2013 at 9:30 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the: Warren Memorial Hospital Foundation, c/o Education and Scholarship Fund, 1000 N Shenandoah Avenue, Front Royal, Virginia 22630. Arrangements by Maddox Funeral Home, Front Royal, VA. An obituary was published in the Northern Virginia Daily on Tuesday, January 14, 2014.
