Mrs. Kluge was born August 18, 1899, in Kansas, the daughter of Francis and Rosetta Miller Alderman. They moved to Cairo when she was 9, and she grew up and received her education in the Cairo area. Mrs. Kluge was born August 18, 1899, in Kansas, the daughter of Francis and Rosetta Miller Alderman. They moved to Cairo when she was 9, and she grew up and received her education in the Cairo area. In 1917 she married Frank Riedy. He died in 1938. In 1940 she married George Kluge at Wayne. They farmed in the Cameron township area before moving into Cairo in 1970. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, the Royal Neighbors of America, and the Cairo Senior Citizens group. Survivors include her husband; two sons, Elmer Riedy of Cairo and Donald Kluge of Gretna; two brothers, James Aldermand of Eugene, Oregon and Calvin of Brayford, Minn.; a sister, Bertha Austin of Julesburg, Col, five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Jack Riedy; three brothers, Floyd, Arthur, and Roger Alderman, and two sisters, Agnes Wahl and Frances Vigneaux.
