Read More	Maleta Wiggins, 93, passed away Saturday, November 6, 2010, at a local nursing home. She was born in Jackson County, NC, the daughter of the late Mark and Candace Rogers Stiles. She was married to Roy Wiggins, who passed away September 12, 1989. She was a homemaker and was a member of Wells Grove Baptist Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother and she loved to quilt and garden. She was the last of 11 children. She is survived by her daugher, Dorris Long and husband Donnie of Franklin, NC; her son, Jim Wiggins and wife Mary of Franklin, NC; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Perry Wiggins. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Monday, November 8, at Wells Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Terry Dickson and Rev. Ernie Sanders officiating. Brent Barnes, Olan Stiles, Vaughn Stiles, Walter Rogers, John Weber and Dennis Ashe served as pallbearers. Burial was held at Wells Grove Cemetery. The family received friends Sunday, November 7, from 6 to 8 p.m., at Bryant-Grant Funeral Home. Online condolences available at www.bryantgrantfuneralhome.com.
