Malinda, the daughter of Albert and Rosa (Wolfe) Fischer was born on July 23, 1926 at Gresham, NE. Malinda was baptized at St. Peters Lutheran Church at Gresham, NE., on August 22, 1926 by Rev. H. M. Read More	Malinda Wilma Neidhardt, of Albion, NE., passed away Thursday, March 28, 2013 at the Wolf Memorial Good Samaritan Center, Albion, NE. Malinda, the daughter of Albert and Rosa (Wolfe) Fischer was born on July 23, 1926 at Gresham, NE. Malinda was baptized at St. Peters Lutheran Church at Gresham, NE., on August 22, 1926 by Rev. H. M. Hendrickson. At the age of five, she moved with her family to Boone County near Cedar Rapids, NE. where she began her education. Later on they moved to a farm at Akron, NE. where she graduated from the 8th grade at District #79 school. She graduated from Albion (NE.) High School in 1944 and was active in the Zion Lutheran Church choir as well as Luther League. Following high school she worked for the S.C.S. office. Malinda was united in marriage to Herbert C. Neidhardt on August 18, 1946 at Zion Lutheran Church in Albion, NE. by Rev. John Beckman. To this union two children were born: Mary Ellen and Thomas Herbert. Once her children were of school age she started working part time at the Coast to Coast store for several years, then working full time for Sillik's Ready to Wear. She then worked for Well's Drug Store until her retirement. Malinda was very active at Zion Lutheran Church serving on the Altar Guild and as a member of the Ladies Aid. She also taught Sunday School and helped with Bible School. Surviving Malinda are: son, Thomas Neidhardt of North Platte, NE.; son-in-law, Bill Reynoldson of Ham Lake, MN.; grandchildren: Melissa (Marwin) Hasenauer of Sutherland, NE., Laura (John) McNulty of Baltimore, MD., Tommie (Vicki) Neidhardt of North Platte, NE., Todd (Bonnie) Reynoldson of Minnetonka, MN. and Tiffany (Wayne) Hudson of Ham Lake, MN.; great-grandchildren, Taylor and Katie Reynoldson of Minnetonka, MN., Caitlin and Colton Hasenauer of Sutherland, NE. and Chloe, Camden, and Caleb Neidhardt of North Platte, NE.; step granddaughter, Melissa Trebil of Washington D.C. and a host of relatives and friends. Malinda was proceeded in death by: parents; husband, Herbert C. Neidhardt; daughter, Mary Ellen Reynoldson; sister, Dora White and brothers, Leonard, Elmer, and Arthur Fischer. Interment was in The Rose Hill Cemetery, Albion, NE.
