Mrs. Gross was a member of the Methodist church and lived a consistent member and christian until her death. She was a quiet amiable christian woman and every body that knew her loved her. Her last part of life was one of great afflictions and trials, but she found the grace of God sufficient for her day and trials. When the Master called she gave up husband and child and trustingly went out to meet Him. She was consigned to the tomb amid a large crowd of weeping friends and relatives.
