They farmed In Lincoln twp., Shelby County, until 1958 when they retired and moved to Harlan. This was their home until Oct., 1987, when they became residents of the Baptist Memorial Home In Harlan. She was a member of the S.I. Club and Dial Club. She was preceded In death by her parents; three Infant sisters; three brothers-Herman, Carl and Otto Frank: her husband of 59 years; and a granddaughter, Judy Renee Plagmann. She is survived by her daughter, Twyla (Mrs Charles) Grabill and her son, Orrin Plagmann both of Harlan; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Emma Plagmann of Harlan: Fern Anthony of Manning and other relatives. Funeral services were held Nov. 28, 1988 at Pauley Funeral Home with Pastor Otto A. Zwanziger of Immanuel Lutheran Church In Harlan officiating. Burial was In Harlan cemetery with Gene Lohrmann, Russell Frank, Wayne A. Lytle, Douglas Henry. Dallas Havick and Ernest J. Flagman serving as casket bearers.
