Description	:	MARCELLA FERRELL FOOTE RUBIN - Wednesday - September 6, 1995 KENNEWICK - Marcella Ferrell Foote Rubin, 82, of Kennewick and a former resident of Chelan, died Saturday, Sept. 1, 1995, at her daughter's home in Kennewick following a two-year battle with cancer. She was born Aug. 21, 1913, to Leslie and Hilma Ferrell, at Marquette, Neb. She moved to Denver, Colo., where she worked for Remmington Arms. Read More	MARCELLA FERRELL FOOTE RUBIN - Wednesday - September 6, 1995 KENNEWICK - Marcella Ferrell Foote Rubin, 82, of Kennewick and a former resident of Chelan, died Saturday, Sept. 1, 1995, at her daughter's home in Kennewick following a two-year battle with cancer. She was born Aug. 21, 1913, to Leslie and Hilma Ferrell, at Marquette, Neb. She moved to Denver, Colo., where she worked for Remmington Arms. She moved to Washington in 1943, where she worked at the Harris Mill in Brief. Later that year she moved to Chelan. She married Charles Foote in 1944. Mr. Foote died in 1949. She married Carl Rubin in August 1952. They owned and operated the Chelan Greenhouse until 1965. Mr. Rubin died in 1967. Mrs. Rubin moved to Kennewick in 1970. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. George (Linda) Sinclair of Kennewick; a sister, Loraine Smith of Denver, Colo.; two granddaughters, Leslie Sinclair of Kennewick and Mrs. Mark (Karen) Weir of Richland; and a great-granddaughter. In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by a brother and a sister. Arrangements are by Precht Rose Chapel, Chelan.
