Marcella was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford W. Foss, Sr., her parents, Fred and Martha Polzin, five brothers, Carl, Claude, Marvin, Melvin, and Kenneth, three sisters, Frances, Laura, Lavina, and four infant siblings. Funeral services will be 10:30 am Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home 13th & Main with interment at Hills of Rest Memorial Park. Visitation for the public begins at 3:00 pm Tuesday with the family present from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home 13th & Main.
