Margaret Arlene Lutkenhaus was born March 25, 1931, in Festina, the daughter of Anton and Emma (Wenthold) Lutkenhaus. She married David Carlos Doser on May 30, 1953, in Festina. She was a homemaker and along with David, raised their six children. She later became an employee at Lincoln High School from 1973 to 1994. David preceded her in death on June 2, 2001. She was a member of St. Mary's Church in Mechanicsville and a member of the Stanwood Library Board. She helped start the Stanwood Ambulance program and also volunteered at the Mechanicsville Elementary School. She enjoyed crocheting and was a sports fan, especially the Chicago Cubs. Above all, she loved the time she spent with her family. Surviving are six sons, Donald (Ronda) Doser of Phoenix, AZ, James (Conni) Doser of Amana, Michael (Patti) Doser of Mechanicsville, Patricia (Kristie) Doser of Solon, Mark (Lisa) Doser of Fairfax and Steve (Carol) Doser of Cedar Rapids; 10 grandchildren, Tony, Kati, Amber, Matthew, Justin, Alex, Jacob, Ryan, Nicole and Ellie; three great-grandchildren, Cody, Max and Chloe; one sister, Rose Martin of Cedar Rapids; and one brother, Kyran (Beverly) Lutkenhaus of Calmar. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and one sister, Leosa Meyer. Chapman Funeral Home
