Memorial services will be Saturday, August 31, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at the Gibbon Baptist Church with Rev. Matt Wolf officiating. Burial will be at the Riverside Cemetery in Gibbon.. Margaret was born October 1, 1933 on the family farm near Buxton, North Dakota to Albin and Estella (Ebeltoft) Mohn. Margaret married Donald Nutter in 1970 in Gibbon. He passed away in 1980. She married Robert "Bob" Warta on December 4, 1982 in Gibbon, Nebraska. They lived south of Gibbon. Margaret had a tremendous passion for horses all her life. She enjoyed training horses and barrel racing in her younger years. She also loved her family, being outdoors, riding motorcycles, and hunting. She was an amazing deer hunter. Margaret was an excellent cook especially any of the wild game that she and her family would bring home. She was a member of the Gibbon Baptist Church. Surviving Relatives include her husband Bob Warta of Gibbon, NE: sons, David Bennett and his wife Deb of Farmington, AR, Johnathon Bennett and his wife Brenda of Phoenix, AZ, Timothy Bennett and his wife Gabbie of Kearney, NE, Mark Bennett and his wife Sandi of Gretna, NE; daughter, Lori Gregor and her husband Heath of Gainseville, FL; brother, Donald Mohn and his wife Maureen of Yuma, AZ; sisters-in-law, Bernice Mohn of Hillsboro, ND, Lorrain Mohn of Grand Forks, ND; step-sons, Monte Warta and his wife Tina on Minot, ND, Jason Warta of St. George, FL; step-daughters, Brenda Dunn and her husband Jim of Barstow, CA, Abby Warta and her husband Doug of Holly Springs, MS; many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, husband Donald Nutter, 4 brothers, and 3 sisters.
