Ladwig, a former resident of Holyoke, who passed away Thursday, May 15, at the Boulder, Colorado Sanitarium. Services were in charge of Rev. Louis A. Haruf and burial was made in the Holyoke Cemetery. Read More	SERVICES HELD HERE FOR FORMER RESIDENT Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the First Methodist Church in Holyoke for Mrs. Margaret E. Ladwig, a former resident of Holyoke, who passed away Thursday, May 15, at the Boulder, Colorado Sanitarium. Services were in charge of Rev. Louis A. Haruf and burial was made in the Holyoke Cemetery. Margaret Elizabeth Ladwig, the daughter of Nathan Lewis [Brown] and Rosannah Brown, was born at Parker’s Landing, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania on October 24, 1878. While a child she moved with her family to Axtell, Kansas. There she was married to Robert Fredrick Ladwig on December 25, 1899. They moved to Holyoke in 1922. Her husband died here January 25, 1939. The last seven years, Mrs. Ladwig has lived in Boulder, Colorado with her daughter, Mrs. Mac W. Benson. When she passed from this life, on May 15 at the Boulder Sanitarium, she was 68 years of age. Those whom she leaves to mourn her passing are her children, Mrs. Frances Benson of Boulder, Chester A. Ladwig of Seattle, Washington and Robert F. Ladwig of Sacramento, California. Also three sisters and five brothers and three grandchildren. Out of town people here to attend the funeral were Mrs. Clarence Hansen of Cheyenne, Wyoming, Mr. Albert Bickel, Kimball, Nebraska, W.D. Brown, Sterling, Colorado, Ralph Brown, Dix, Nebraska, A.L. Brown, Sidney, Nebraska and Mr. and Mrs. Mac W. Benson of Boulder. Mr. and Mrs. Benson were guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. W.E.
