She died as she lived, surrounded by the family she loved and who loved her dearly. Irene is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, John (Kie); two daughters, Marilyn (Glenn) Hundleby and Alison (John) Webster; grandson, Scott Webster; brother Allan (Joan) Jamieson; niece, Lois (Ted) Rogers; and nephew, David (Debbie) Jamieson.
