Mrs. Nielsen was born Aug. 24, 1927 at Primrose to Mearl and Ruth Wolfe Greek. She graduated from Dodge high school and has been a resident of the Central City community since 1945. She married Wayne V. Nielsen in 1946. Mrs. Nielsen was a member of Christ Episcopal Church in Central City. Survivors include her husband, Wayne, of Central City; her mother, Ruth Greek, of Cedar Rapids; three daughters, Mrs. Ron (Janet) Covin of Chicago, Ill., Mrs. Kenton (Linda) Kuhn of Central City and Mrs. Tom (Amy) Krueger of Fremont, and a son, Chris Nielsen of Lincoln; six brothers, Bill Greek of Cypress, Calif., Bob Greek of Buena Park, Calif., Don Greek of Long Beach, Calif,; Ron Greek of Ft. Collins, Colo.; Harold Greek of Columbus and Merle Greek of Schuyler; five sisters, Mrs. Duane (Mary Ellis) Hergenroder of Canby, Minn., Mrs. Carroll (Peggy) Miller of Barstow, Calif.; Mrs. Jacob (Patsy) Voeller of Goldsboro, N. C.; Mrs. Lonnie (Nancy) Clement of Schuyler and Carol Biggs of Albany, Ga.; and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father and one brother.
