Married second husband, Herbert C. Duwe, on December 29, 1989. Margaret M. Duwe NEGLEY – Margaret M. Duwe, 70, of 47949 Tomahawk Drive died at 3:05 a.m. Sunday at her home following an extended illness. She was born Jan. 11, 1929 in Youngstown, a daughter of Arthur and Viola Miles Davis and had lived in the East Palestine and Negley area all of her life. She was an insurance agent for Springfield Mutual Insurance Company for 14 years retiring in 1994. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in East Palestine and attended Zion Lutheran Church in New Waterford since her marriage. Her first husband, Glenn H. Wilhelm, whom she married April 10, 1950, died Feb. 23, 1979. She is survived by her husband, Herbert C. Duwe, whom she married Dec. 29, 1989: two daughters, Mrs. Randy (Pamela) Schmidt of East Palestine and Mrs. Patrick (Sharlene) Gallagher of Gibsonia, Pa.: four sons, Keith Wilhelm of Chesapeake, Va., Dale Wilhelm of East Palestine, Wayne Wilhelm of Waynesburg and Gregory Duwe of East Palestine: two sisters, Mrs. Art (Grace) Cohen of Vienna and Mrs. John (Alice) Gionfriddo of Vienna, Va.: three brothers, Arthur Davis and Glenn Davis, both of East Palestine, and Robert Davis of Austintown: 14 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Warrick-Kummer Funeral Home in Columbiana with the Reverand Wanda Wilson of East Fairfield United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Crest Haven Memorial Gardens in Rogers. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm Tuesday at the funeral home. Material tributes may be made to Hospice of the Valley, Salem Area Visiting Nurse Association or the American Cancer Society. 3/15/99
