Jones, 2011 South Broadway in Pittsburg. She had been in poor health since October. Born January 28, 1862, at Taylorville, North Carolina, Mrs. Jones came to the Cherokee district in 1870 and lived here until she moved to Pittsburg six years ago. She was a member of the Latter day Saints church. In addition to the son, four grandchildren, Maurice and Harold Jones of California, Mrs. Orline Crownover of Independence, Missouri, and Mrs. Harold Summers (blurry) of Pittsburg, survive, together with seven great-grandchildren. Her husband an daughter preceded her in death a number of years ago. Funeral services were held at 2:30 yesterday at the Brenner chapel in Pittsburg with Dr. F.M. McDowell of Independence, Mo. in charge. Aaron C. Butler, jr., of Weir, sang "Beautiful Isle" and "City Four Square," accompanied by Mrs. Harry Lochead, also of Weir.
