Description	:	Margaret Ruth Morris Snow, 86, of Stanardsville passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2009, at Evergreen Nursing Home surrounded by her family. Margaret was born on April 12, 1923, in Elkton, Virginia, the daughter of the late Edward and Bessie Morris. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Edith Collier; and a brother, Omer Morris. She is survived by one daughter, Debbie Williams and her husband, Ronnie, of Stanardsville; two sons, Larry Snow and his wife, Rae Lynn, of Ruckersville, Mike Snow and his wife, Debbie, of Stanardsville; three brothers, Otis Morris... Read More	Margaret Ruth Morris Snow, 86, of Stanardsville passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2009, at Evergreen Nursing Home surrounded by her family. Margaret was born on April 12, 1923, in Elkton, Virginia, the daughter of the late Edward and Bessie Morris. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Edith Collier; and a brother, Omer Morris. She is survived by one daughter, Debbie Williams and her husband, Ronnie, of Stanardsville; two sons, Larry Snow and his wife, Rae Lynn, of Ruckersville, Mike Snow and his wife, Debbie, of Stanardsville; three brothers, Otis Morris and his wife, Gertie, also of Stanardsville, Wilson Morris and his wife, Mary, of Ruckersville, Joe Morris and his wife, Janie, of Baltimore, Maryland; five grandchildren, Gary Snow, Lisa Deane, Jason Williams, Travis Snow and Tayler Snow; four great-grandchildren, Kelsey and Brittany Snow, Ty and Avery Deane; and many other family members and friends. Margaret was employed for many years at Crouse Hinds. She was a very special lady to her family and was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great- grandmother. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, June 19, 2009, at the Ryan Funeral Home with Oral Dovel officiating. Interment will follow at the Ruckersville Community Cemetery. Wayne Morris, Roger Morris, Julius Morris, Albert "Buck" Deane, Chris Williams and Travis Snow will serve as pallbearers for the service. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Thursday, June 18, 2009, at the Ryan Funeral Home. The family wishes to express a special thank you to the staff of the Evergreen Nursing Home for all their loving care. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Greene County Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 302, Stanardsville, Virginia 22973. ---Charlottesville Daily Progress 6/18/2009
